Molang Kindness Club: Sleep better with Sleeping Pinco
😴 Are you ready to fall into the arms of Morpheus? 😴 

In this third episode of Kindness Club, Molang is having trouble falling asleep, unable to sleep a wink... Piu Piu is worried about his health! To help him solve his problem, our two YouTubers welcome Sleeping Pinco, for whom sleep holds no secrets. Slip into your sheets and get ready for sweet dreams!

Why do we have trouble sleeping?

Sleep, however beneficial it may be to our health, is not necessarily a pleasure for everyone.

There are many causes of sleep deprivation, including stress and anxiety. Like Molang in the Kindness club, we can feel overwhelmed by anxiety when it comes to falling asleep, making it impossible to relax even with the Piu Piu soft pillow

Other disorders can impair sleep, such as nightmares, sleepwalking or sleep apnea. When left undiagnosed, these disorders can become very difficult to live with on a daily basis.

In the long term, poor quality sleep can have serious repercussions on our health, from constant fatigue to concentration problems. As in the episode “Sleep better with Sleeping Pinco”, when Molang desperately tries to concentrate on his activities!

Good sleep means better health!

Did you know that, on average, we spend a third of our lives asleep? So sleep is an essential part of our existence, and it's important to take care of it.

Good news for insomniacs: our sleep is conditionable! This means that by changing our lifestyle habits, we can improve the quality of our sleep. Sounds great!

But to achieve this, we need to apply certain conditions. Firstly, a healthy lifestyle: exercise, avoid screens in the evening, and avoid sugar, coffee, tea and other drinks that excite our brain. Molang and Piu Piu also know for sure that cuddly sessions with kawaii plushes or someone you love is a good way to improve your lifestyle.

Then you can prepare for sleep. For example, by setting up bedtime rituals, as recommended by Sleeping Pinco in the Kindness Club. Read a book, do relaxation exercises or listen to soft music, all about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Finally, the most important element of sleep is regularity! Getting up and going to bed at regular times boosts sleep efficiency.

Good sleep improves productivity during the day. Think about it!

  • Have a cozy place to sleep, with your favorite Molang cute pillow!
  • Counting sheep... 1... 2... *snoring*
  • Relaxing to ASMR or music

  • Read your favorite novel, I'm still on chapter 1...

 Where can I find help to look after my mental health?

Sometimes, our lack of sleep can be caused by a physical or mental illness. If this is the case, it's important to act quickly.

If you or a Pinco needs help, first talk to the people closest to you, whether family or friends, as their help can be invaluable.  But sometimes the help of those closest to us is not enough.

In this case, it's just as important to turn to medical professionals such as a psychologist or general practitioner.
