International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Some restrictions apply depending on certain territories. Restrictions are mentioned on the product page, and you will also be notified at Checkout.

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse in France.
 
We no longer deliver to Russia and Belarus.

Molang.com does not ship to P.O Boxes for any U.S. Territory or international address. Any order that includes a P.O Box will be canceled without notice.

 

Delivery options

Delivery costs and shipping times depend on the delivery method chosen but also on the delivery location and products ordered.

There are two types of products on the Molang.com website: classic products and those marked with the "Exclusive" tag. Special conditions apply to these two specific product categories. Exclusive products are shipped from different warehouses.
Ordering two different types of products may mean receiving two different packages and paying two different delivery charges.

Shipping is FREE for Standard Delivery in FRANCE for all orders above 80€ (excluding products with the Exclusive tag).

Mondial Relay only delivers to France.

 

Due to volume restrictions, if your cart contains too many items or products that are too bulky, Mondial Relay delivery will not be available when choosing the delivery method.

Exclusive products

"Exclusive" products cannot be delivered via Mondial Relay.

 

Delivery time:

Ordering products marked with the "Exclusive" tag takes from 2 to 5 working days before the order is processed (this is the lead time), since the products are made on demand. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery of your "Exclusive" products can take from 2 to 11 days, depending on your location and the products you have ordered.

If your order contains several different "Exclusive" products, one may arrive before the other. No need to worry! They have just been shipped separately.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, carrier, or country of delivery.

Delivery price:

Depending on your location and the concerned products, the cost of delivery for "Exclusive" products may vary. If you order the same item marked with the "Exclusive" tag more than once, additional capped charges will apply, depending on the item in question.

If your order contains both items marked with the "Exclusive" tag and other standard items, separate delivery charges will apply.
If your order contains several different items, all marked with the "Exclusive" tag, separate delivery charges may apply.

Duties and Taxes

For orders within France, duties and taxes are always included in the price.
 
For orders placed outside of France, payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery. 

These charges are not included at checkout. They are determined by the customs regulations in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the cost is by contacting your local carrier or customs office.
If the customer refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. The order will not be considered eligible for a refund.
 
Order Tracking
 
Non-exclusive products:

If you placed your order as a guest, please refer to the order confirmation email that you received.
If you created an account when placing an order, you can find your order status in the “My orders” section of your account.
 
Customers are responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address, so please be mindful when entering delivery information.

Exclusive products:

If you have ordered products with the "Exclusive" tag, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. To receive your tracking number, you will need to wait for your order to be dispatched.

Your order will be shipped after the lead time, which usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering.

If your order includes both exclusive and non-exclusive products, you will receive at least 2 different tracking numbers.

If your order includes different products, all marked with the "Exclusive" tag, you may receive several different tracking numbers, at different intervals.


RETURNS & REFUND  

Return Policy
 
Before initiating any return procedure, please send an e-mail to the following address: hello@molang.com
Please make sure to include your order number in the subject.

With our approval, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it, excluding items that have been personalized. When purchasing a personalized item, the return policy will be mentioned on the product page.
The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that it was when received, including the original tags.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs using a trackable shipping method.

To make a return, our after-sales service team will provide you with the return address, which may differ depending on the products you have ordered.

Molang.com is not responsible for items that were never received due to shipping issues.
Once the order has been succesfully returned and inspected, you will receive an e-mail notifying you on the status of the refund.
If the returned order passes inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Exchanges
 
If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy, available above.
Please note: Sale items can be exchanged and returned. If the item’s sale price is no longer valid at the time of exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the difference for the exchanged item.
