Back to school activities: Relax for the return to school

LET'S RELAX WITH MOLANG

Relaxing during school season is not simple. If you're easily stressed, the slightest test or assignment can quickly become a source of anxiety for you. 
However, we have collected some tips to help you with this problem.  
 
TIP 1: MEDITATION  
For this method you have: yoga, breathing and sophrology, writing... It's up to you to find what suits you! The best way to know if it works is to try, and there are plenty of free Youtube videos to help you practice a good meditation, you can even do it with your Molang plush! 
TIP 2: LEISURE AND SPORT 🎨 
It is important to keep doing leisure activities, take your mind off things is one of the keys to success. You can opt for an extracurricular activity and don't forget to do it with your lovely friends! Molang and Piu Piu will cheer up for you. 
TIP 3: REST TIME 💜 
Don't forget to relax. Take a bath (why not with essential oils?), listen to music, give yourself a massage or just take a deep breath. The most effective way to rest, according to Molang, is to stay away from digital devices and social networks for a bit, let your eyes rest. 
TIP 4: SLEEP WELL 💤 
A good sleep is essential to be in a good shape, and thus manage stress better. The night before, don't hesitate to go to bed with your favorite Molang plush early enough to wake up perfectly rested the next day.
