In this new episode of Kindness club, Molang and Piu Piu face their biggest challenge yet... a never-ending to-do list! 😵💫 

But how do you manage ALL THESE THINGS? Don't worry! Air Pinco, the master of all things, is here to help! 🌀🔥🌊🌍 

Together, our duo explores tips for managing burn out, staying balanced and keeping your inner zen 🧘♂  

What does it mean to burn out?   

You've probably heard this term before, certainly because it's an increasingly widespread phenomenon in the world of work. Burn out, or professional exhaustion syndrome, refers to intense malaise, often linked to a heavy workload.  

Burn out can be diagnosed by several symptoms: a feeling of intense exhaustion, a loss of confidence in one's own abilities and a lack of motivation. a feeling of loneliness... In short, it's not an easy situation to be in. 

 

That's what Molang and Piu Piu are going through in this episode: they can't keep up with all the things on their schedules. Result: panic! Molang and Piu Piu are about to give in to the pressure for fear of disappointing viewers. Fortunately, Air Pinco is there to guide them towards serenity and help them get out of this situation. 

 

Taking a step back to get better organized  

As you can see, being overwhelmed by work is not normal, no matter how busy we are. And we assure you: cuddle some Molang cute plush at work or remotely is definitely a good option!

If our workload is too heavy, we may need to rethink the way we organize ourselves: in particular, by surrounding ourselves with people who can help us. That's the idea behind Air Pinco's challenge to Molang and Piu Piu to divide up the work of preparing and serving a meal.  

 

Better organization also means better communication: an essential factor in working more efficiently.  

But sometimes, despite efforts to organize and communicate, the workload is simply insurmountable. In such cases, you need to know how to say no, and put your physical and mental health first.  

Air Pinco's tips for staying zen

 

  • Learn to communicate better (calmly 🧘)
  • Don't hesitate to say no and express your desires ✅ 
  • Take breaks, go on vacation in the sun (handy when you know how to master the elements) ☀️
  • Your health, physical and mental, comes before everything else! 👩

 

Where can you find help for your mental health?  

 If you or a Pinco you know feels overwhelmed by his or her emotions and can't keep his or her head above water, it's important to act quickly.  

If you need help, first talk to those closest to you, whether family or friends, as their help can be invaluable.  But sometimes the help of those close to us is not enough.
